These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ApexSignal website and services. By accessing or using ApexSignal you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Nature of the service

ApexSignal provides market information and trading signals for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a broker, investment adviser or fund manager, and nothing on this platform is personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice. No outcome or profit is guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that using the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. One account may not be shared between multiple people.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Access to member features requires an active subscription at the price and billing period shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

5. Trading risk

Trading cryptocurrencies, forex, commodities and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in loss of some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share signals or member content without written permission.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software and signals on ApexSignal are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own trading.

8. Third-party services

The platform may display data or link to services provided by third parties, such as exchanges, market data providers, messaging platforms and payment processors. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or policies.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Signals and market data may be delayed or contain errors. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexSignal and its owners, staff and partners are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
